When You Check Your Vital Signs with Kore 2.0:

Kore 2.0 is equipped with improved and advanced dual biometric sensors to provide our most accurate readings of heart rate, body temperature and blood oxygen ever.

The large glass interface and intuitive touch screen controls make it easy to navigate through various vital sign functions.

Swipe up on the interface until you locate the vital sign reading you’d like measured, like say, heart rate and follow the prompts on the screen and in moments you’ll have your current heart rate.

If you navigate to the KoreHealth app on your smartphone, you can review past vital sign readings daily, weekly and monthly.

Be sure to wear your Kore 2.0 watch slightly on the “tight” side (not too tight, of course) but the back of the watch case should be touching the skin of your wrist so the sensor readings can be accurately transmitted. Wearing the watch too loose can cause the measurement to fail or have a larger margin of error.

When You Exercise with Kore 2.0:

What kind of workout are you looking to do? Going on a run? Lifting weights? Playing a game of pick up hoops with your friends? No matter what you’re doing, wear your Kore 2.0 to get the most out of every workout.

Kore 2.0 is a versatile fitness tracker with specific tracking functions for over 10 different types of exercises.

On the KoreHealth app, you can select the specific exercise you’re looking for to track your progress and measure your output no matter what you are doing.

When You Sleep with Kore 2.0:

Wear your Kore 2.0 smartwatch all times of day - even at night to track your sleep so you know when you’re well rested.

Your Kore 2.0 smartwatch must be worn overnight at least once in order to monitor your sleep patterns in the KoreHealth app. The watch monitors sleep data in the full 24hrs interval and ONLY displays the longest sleeping duration in this 24hrs period. In addition, the watch will ONLY record different sleep if there is 2 hrs in between the sleeps.

When you navigate to the Sleep function on the KoreHealth app, you’ll see your sleep cycle broken down into 4 categories: Excellent, Good, Light, and Bad. There is also a breakdown of the average time you spend in deep sleep, light sleep, and awake. With the KoreHealth app you are able to review the data collected on your Kore 2.0 watch and break down your sleep patterns hourly, daily, weekly and monthly!

As I mentioned before, we recommend you wear your Kore 2.0 watch slightly on the “tight” side to avoid any errors with the sensors, especially if you move around a lot when you sleep.
